PURPOSE: A surgical endoscope and a process for replacing a surgical tool in the surgical endoscope are provided to enable a use to easily replace a surgical tool by increasing an effective capacity of the surgical endoscope arranged in each work channel.;CONSTITUTION: A body(4) is arranged in a proximal end of an endoscope and provides a support unit to an eyepiece(1), a light guide unit(2), and an angular command unit(3). An insertion tube includes one end part(12) and the other end part connected to the body. A flexible unit(60) is located near the end part of the insertion tube.
