PURPOSE: An oil collecting fence with a water and oil separation function is provided to have excellent ability to collect spilt oil.;CONSTITUTION: An oil collecting fence with a water and oil separation function is composed as follows. In order to guide polluted oil to a floating bag net(10), oil collecting waterproof clothes(60) are widely unfolded on the water surface of polluted areas The floating bag net is manufactured by a material of which specific gravity is lighter than the water. The floating bag net prevents the polluted oil from being diffused and collects the oil. In order to keep remarkable buoyancy of the oil collecting waterproof clothes, the oil collecting waterproof clothes comprise a primary air buoyancy pipe(5) on the top and air collecting chambers(3) which is thermal attached on the top of the primary air buoyancy pipe and separated by multiple partition walls(1) in order to supply secondary buoyancy. Air is injected to a vinyl tube(4) which is inserted in the primary air buoyancy pipe in order to provide tertiary buoyancy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
