PURPOSE: A construction method of a cut-and-cover tunnel using a tapered surface and a construction structure therefor are provided to effectively control the pressure of earth applied to the outer wall of the tunnel.;CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a cut-and-cover tunnel using a tapered surface is as follows. The ground is excavated. Foundation units(100) are formed in the excavated ground by placing concrete. The bottom ends of concrete panels(200) are coupled to the foundation units. Elastic pads are formed between the foundation units and the ends of the concrete panels. Rubber pads are formed on the top surfaces of the elastic pads and the top of the ends of the concrete panels. A waterproofing material is spread on the joint parts of the concrete panels coupled to each other. A waterproof sheet and a compressed foam board are formed on the top surface of the concrete panels.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
