PURPOSE: A method for paying a bill by a third party, a wireless terminal thereof, and a recording media thereof are provided to enable a client to pay the bill by asking a third party for payment, or by granting a loan from a bank when the payment fails due to lack of account balance.;CONSTITUTION: A payment processing unit(160) identifies one or more billing information using a barcode printed on a bill. The payment processing unit processes payment for the billing information. When the payment fails, an interface providing unit(150) provides a third party payment interface to request a third party payment.
