PURPOSE: A paste composition for forming the back electrode of a high efficient silicon solar cell, a method for manufacturing the same, and a silicon solar cell including the same are provided to form thick back surface filed(BSF) layer in the silicon solar cell by adjusting the thickness of the BSF layer.;CONSTITUTION: An additive for paste for forming the back electrode of a high efficient silicon solar cell is a p-type oxide additive which is represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. The chemical formula 1 is ABO_2, and the chemical formula 2 is AB_2O_4. In chemical formulas 1 and 2, the A is one selected from Cu and Ag; and the B is one of B, Al, Ga, In, Ti, Mn, Y, La, Fe, Cr, Sb, Sc, Nd, and Bi. A paste composition for forming the back electrode of a high efficient silicon solar cell includes the p-type oxide additive.
