APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING AN UREA SOLUTION USING A SELECTIVE CATALYST REDUCTION SYSTEM CAPABLE OF EFFICIENTLY USING AN UREA SOLUTION BY CONVERTING THE UREA SOLUTION INTO AMMONIA USING A SELECTIVE CATALYST REDUCTION-BASED REACTING PART
PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying a urea solution using a selective catalyst reduction(SCR) system is provided to overcome the abrasion and clogging phenomenon of nozzles and to cost-effectively supply a urea solution by directly supplying the urea solution into an exhaust gas pipe without a separate air compressor.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for supplying a urea solution includes a storing tank(10), a high pressure solution transferring pump(60), and an SCR-based reacting part(70). A urea solution is stored in the storing tank. The high pressure solution transferring pump transfers the urea solution from the storing tank through a supplying pipe(40) under high pressures. The SCR-based reacting part receives the urea solution and converts the urea solution into ammonia. The ammonia is sprayed to an exhaust pipe(50). The SCR-based reacting part includes a catalyst part, a nozzle part, and a flux adjusting part. The nozzle part is installed at one side of the catalyst part. The flux adjusting part adjusts the supplying amount of the ammonia from the catalyst part to the nozzle part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
