摘要

PURPOSE: A complex of metal mesh-carbon nanostructure for absorbing volatile organic compound, a fabrication method thereof and a method of removing volatile organic compound using the same are provided to remove volatile organic compound from air pollutant by easily absorbing the volatile organic compound. CONSTITUTION: A complex of metal mesh-carbon nanostructure is as follows. A carbon nano-structure is grown on metallic mesh. The metallic mesh is nickel or stainless steel. If the metallic mesh is stainless steel, then the carbon nano-structure is formed in a twisted spring shape. A fabrication method of a complex of metal mesh-carbon nanostructure comprises next steps. The metallic mesh is washed. The washed metallic mesh is dipped and etched in the acid solution. The etched metallic mesh is pre-processed using hydrogen. Reactive gas is injected onto the pre-processed metallic mesh.
