PURPOSE: A system for correcting a posture based on a U-WBAN(Ubiquitous Wireless Body Area Network) and a method thereof are provided to immediately correct the posture of a user by presently measuring the cervical spine condition and posture of a user in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A system for correcting a posture(100) comprises a cervical spine condition monitoring sensor(110), a posture condition monitoring sensor(120), a database(140), and a handset(150). The handset includes a small terminal for inputting. The cervical spine condition monitoring sensor measures the angle of a bent neck. The cervical spine condition monitoring sensor transmits a measured signal to the handset and the database. The cervical spine condition monitoring sensor comprises a cervical spine condition monitoring sensor(111), a controller(113), and a wireless communications unit(115).
