PURPOSE: A real-time simulation method of ship and buoy movements in waves for maritime simulation is provided to realistically simulate the ship and buoy movements by sea waves. CONSTITUTION: A simple movement model of a ship and buoy calculates up and down agitation, horizontal agitation, and vertical agitation of the buoy and ship in every visualization frame time. A purpose of the simple movement model is reappearance of visually realistic movements other than analytically and accurately calculating object movements by sea waves.
