PURPOSE: A high voltage bulk rectifier module and a high voltage bulk rectifier using the same are provided to prevent a short phenomenon and corona generation between diodes and to rectify high voltage. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating terminal block(110) comprises a rectifier element. The heat radiating terminal block is arranged on three and more planes in order to form an inner space. Each rectifier element is arranged in order to face toward the inner space. The heat radiating terminal block comprises a high voltage bulk rectifier module and an insulating material. The high voltage bulk rectifier module is laminated on the top and bottom. The insulating material insulates a high voltage bulk rectifier module from the outside. A surge protector is combined to one side of the heat radiating terminal block.
