PURPOSE: An effective learning quality selecting method is provided to effectively select important qualification by meaning of a multivocal word through adjusting weight value of a learning quality for meaning tagging of the multivocal word. CONSTITUTION: A basic meaning group is generated. The basic meaning group has dictionary information as an element. By using the basic meaning group, meaning of context which automatically attaches meaning of multivocal word in a web document context is attached. By using application of word weight expression which introduced concentration concept, a final meaning group is generated. Finally, a tagging of the meaning of the multivocal word is operated.
