PURPOSE: An ecological retaining wall block coupled with geogrids is provided to prevent the breakage of geogrids during transport because the geogrids are inserted and stored in through holes. CONSTITUTION: An ecological retaining wall block comprises a block body(100), a protrusion(150), a raised part(160), a groove(170), and geogrids(200). The block body is formed by connecting a front wall(110), a rear wall(120), and a connection wall(130) with a hollow(140). The protrusion is formed on the top of the front wall in order to connect to another block body. The raised part is formed on a side of the connection wall for coupling with the groove of another block body. The groove is formed on the other side of the connection wall for coupling with the raised part of another block body. The geogrids comprise block-inside geogrids which are cured in cement when forming the retaining wall block and block-outside geogrids(200b) which are formed on the exterior of the retaining wall block.
