The present invention is a bumblebee ( Bombusignitus) relates to the nucleotide sequence encoding the spring Bolivar tin (Bombolitin) of venom (venom). The gene sequence encoding the Bombolithin of bumblebee venom can be introduced into insect baculovirus which is currently used as an insecticide by recombinant DNA technology and can be used to express a recombinant Bombolithin peptide with antimicrobial activity. Therefore, using the base sequence of the present invention will be able to contribute to the development of effective clinical antibiotics and biopesticides.
