METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN PANELS WITH NATURAL WOODEN VENEER CAPABLE OF VISUALLY PRODUCING THE PATTERN, DESIGN AND TEXTURE OF NATURAL WOODEN VENEER BY ATTACHING A NATURAL WOODEN VENEER SHEET IN RESIN PLATE
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing resin panels with natural wooden veneer is provided to manufacture the resin plate which is similar to the natural wood veneer by attaching a natural wood veneer sheet to the surface of a resin plate.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing resin panels with natural wooden veneer comprises the following steps. An upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20) are manufactured and are installed in a molding apparatus. The natural wooden veneer sheet(30) is sheared according to the shape and size of a resin plate(40). The light emitting portion of a lamp is punched. The sheared natural wood veneer sheet is securely adhered with the adhesive in the resin plate. The resin plate is heated through a preheater to the temperature of 80~90 degrees and is softened. The upper mold is moved down and the resin plate is compressed between the upper and lower molds. The suction device of the lower mold is driven and the air is inhaled to the fine holes of the lower mold. The resin plate is securely compressed in the lower mold. The upper mold is moved up and the compressed resin plate is separated. The resin plate is frozen for 40 seconds by circulating the cooling water of a chiller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
