PURPOSE: A multi-tool transfer device and an automatic fastening device using the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing time since tools are automatically replaced, so riveting and bucking works are continuously performed.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-tool transfer device(1000) comprises a plurality of tools(200,300), a moving vehicle(600), a rail(650), and a driving motor(660). The tools perform works on objects. The tools are mounted on the moving vehicle. The rail is coupled to the moving vehicle. The driving motor moves the moving vehicle along the rail.
