PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nano-structure in a core/shell structure including a titanium dioxide shell or a gold-titanium dioxide shell and the nano-structure manufactured by the same are provided to simplify manufacturing processes using self-assembled diblock copolymer and a sol-gel process.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nano-structure in a core/shell structure includes the following: A reverse micelle solution is obtained by dissolving amphiphilic diblock copolymer. A titanium dioxide precursor is dissolved in an ethanol or isopropanol solvent. Hydrochloric acid or acetic acid are added to obtain a sol-gel precursor solution. The reverse micelle solution and the sol-gel precursor solution are mixed to obtain a titanium dioxide-diblock copolymer nano-structure. The nano-structure is coated on a bead(1). The coated bead is washed and dried. The diblock copolymer is eliminated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
