PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a multiple alignment type ultrasonic sensor is provided to economically execute the maintenance of a structure by being executed for the real object of a field and to measure an accurate deformation ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A sensor in which the generator and the receiver of an ultrasonic wave are formed into one body is arranged on an inspection target object(5) as a grid shape in which the interval of a width direction and a height direction is same. Sensors(2,4) are wirelessly or connected to a controller(3). The controller calculates an ultrasonic propagation speed at each coordinate and establishes the ultrasonic propagation speed as an initial value of each coordinate. The amount of change of the ultrasonic propagation speed is calculated in comparison with the initial value of each coordinate. An internal deformation ratio of the each coordinate about an exterior deformation is calculated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
