PURPOSE: A carbon nano-structure including a metal nanoparticle, a producing method thereof, and a use of the carbon nano-structure as a fuel cell electrode catalyst are provided to use a self-assembling process of a block copolymer for enabling users to simply obtain the nano-structure. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a carbon nano-structure including a metal nanoparticle comprises the following steps: coating a mixed solution containing a metal nanoparticle precursor and reverse micelle of a block copolymer with hydrophilic blocks and hydrophobic blocks to obtain a block copolymer thin film carrying the metal nanoparticle precursor; radiating ultraviolet rays, and chemically reducing the thin film to obtain the block copolymer thin film carrying the metal nanoparticle; and heat-processing the thin film.
