PURPOSE: A lighting compensation method of a multi-viewpoint image is provided to efficiently compensate illumination un-uniformity between adjacent images on a multi-view video through a histogram matching method. CONSTITUTION: A lighting compensation system obtains two or more depth distribution from the depth image of a multi-view image(S10). The light compensation system separates the image of the multi-viewpoint into detailed images(S20). The illumination compensation system performs histogram matching by detailed images(S30). The lighting compensation system integrates the compensated detailed images(S40).
