PURPOSE: A management system and recording medium recorded with a computer are provided to prevent speculation through the determination of charge limit. CONSTITUTION: A management server(10) converts payment money to cyber money through a user terminal. A content server(20) receives cyber money information from the management server. A first output unit(11) displays the maximum charge amount to a user terminal. A second output unit(12) displays rechargeable amount of money to the user terminal.
