The tag (2) has split ring resonator structured antennas and/or meta-material antennas operating on UHF and/or microwave bands, where the tag is formed on or in a carrier substrate that is wound itself by superposed layers similar to a circular or ovoid three dimensional device around a component of a watch. The substrate includes an insulating strip or adhesive insulating strip, where the tag is formed by printing, offset printing or plasma printing or vacuum deposition of layers or by a printing unit.
