The present invention refers to new epitopes recognized by CD4+ T-lymphocytes. In addition, the present invention refers to the uses of such epitopes and their combinations, particularly in the treatment or prevention of disorders caused by the HIV-1 virus.;The present invention also refers to a composition comprising said epitopes and the uses of said composition, particularly in the treatment or prevention of disorders caused by the HIV-1 virus.;The present invention also refers to anti-HIV-1 prophylactic vaccines and therapeutic vaccines.
