The invention relates to a method for stabilising soils with polymers and natural fibres in order to produce a composite construction material that is sustainable, non-toxic and produced using low-environmental-impact materials. The method comprises: the selection of the soil, the selection of the presentation format of the agglutinate (dry or in solution), the selection of the size and proportion of the fibres according to the strength/insulation characteristics and the format of the specific product and, finally, mixing, compaction, dehydration and curing. The resulting product offers a reduced production cost, is mechanically competitive and saves energy, facilitating the destruction thereof without adding polluting waste to the soil.
