An anti-theft and anti-violence electric lock with a dual electro-mechanical conversion device comprises an external lock head (1), an inner panel and an outer panel respectively arranged on the inner side and outer side of a door, an internal lock barrel tumbler (2), a transmission component fixedly connected to the internal lock barrel tumbler (2), an electric motor (7) capable of driving the transmission component and a rotating shaft of the door knob (3) mounted to the internal transmission structure via the inner panel. A lock barrel pin (4) is fixedly connected to the internal lock barrel tumbler (2) at the end thereof adjacent to the inner side of the door; the lock barrel pin (4) is connected in transmission with the internal lock barrel tumbler (2); the lock barrel pin (4) corresponds to a transmission sliding block (5) which can move to a locking connected state or a disengaged separated state; a limit position of the transmission sliding block (5) is the locked state position where the same is engaged with the lock barrel pin (4) and capable of transmission, and the other limit position thereof is a separated state position where the same is completely disengaged from the lock barrel pin (4). The transmission sliding block (5) is powered in the direction of movement by an electromagnetic valve (6), the electric motor (7) and an anti-lock knob (8). The exterior lock head (1) and the rotation shaft of the door knob (3) are coupled for linked motion to the transmission sliding block and are connected to the transmission sliding block (5) for synchronous rotation. The electric lock, cannot be unlocked by damaging the outer panel, so that the safety of the door is improved.
