In a spectral sensitivity measurement device (20) and a spectral sensitivity correction method according to the present invention, the spectral sensitivity of a solar cell (31) of interest is corrected using a reference photovoltaic element of which the short circuit current upon the irradiation with reference solar light and the relative spectral sensitivity are measured in advance. Therefore, the spectral sensitivity measurement device (20) and the spectral sensitivity correction method according to the present invention enable the correction of the spectral sensitivity of the solar cell (31) of interest. In a solar cell evaluation device (100) and a spectral irradiance correction method according to the present invention, the spectral irradiance is corrected using a reference photovoltaic element of which the short circuit current upon the irradiation with reference solar light and the relative spectral sensitivity are measured in advance. Therefore, the solar cell evaluation device (100) and the spectral irradiance correction method according to the present invention enable the correction of the spectral irradiance of a solar simulator.
