A radio frequency device module includes: a radio frequency device (15) adapted to perform at least one of signal input and signal output between a radio frequency circuit and the outside through electromagnetic wave of a waveguide mode; and a package having a device storage space in which the radio frequency device is stored. A waveguide passage (24) is formed in the package and passes through housing walls (21, 22) that form the device storage space. The waveguide passage is connected to the radio frequency device stored in the package. The radio frequency device module further includes a shield (25) made of a dielectric material that is provided so as to shield the waveguide passage. The shield is adapted to limit infiltration of outside air into the radio frequency device through the waveguide passage, and is made of a material and has a thickness allowing electromagnetic wave to pass. With a configuration that can be manufactured at low cost, it is possible to reduce influence of the outside air on the radio frequency circuit while avoiding deterioration of electromagnetic properties.
