Systems and methods are provided to match and facilitate relationships amongvariousclients. In one embodiment, the system connects to a web-connected database tofindplurality of different funding and /or advisory programs, product, or servicethat matchparameters for corresponding clients. The identification and matching systemincorporates a method enabling funding/advisory seekers or entrepreneurs tomatch theiractivities, projects, or corporate direction to funding/advisory providers,and relevantprograms and products. Database records and search parameters are provided tofacilitatethe identification of beneficial opportunities for entrepreneurs with regardto tax credits,grants, loans, loan guarantees, equity funding, contests, donations, andadvisory services.In another embodiment, at least one software module may be used to prompt atleast oneuser to enter particular investor or entrepreneur data and also to rendermatchinginformation within the web-based site. The system matches entrepreneur-provided datawith funding-provided data based on a set of predetermined matching criteriaandthresholds, in order to connect at least one funding/advisory seeker to aplurality offunding/advisory options. The system automatically instantly notifies one ormoremembers of updates with regard to at least one new or modifiedfunding/advisoryprogram, product or service. In another embodiment, the system provides a user-basedrating method to facilitate user generated information related to timerequirements, returnon investment, preference, and ease of use.
