Algae adduct extracted from red macroalgae, characterized in that it is devoid of genotoxic potential and is capable of being obtained by a procedure comprising the following steps in the following order: - extraction of said red macroalgae comprising the natural citrullinyl arginine dipeptide by means of a solvent or a mixture of solvents acceptable in pharmacy; - enrichment of the amount by weight of intrinsic polypeptides or proteins by intrinsic native proteins or standard extrinsic proteins usable in pharmacy up to a total content of at least 20%; - possibly the incorporation of a titrated content of the citrullinyl arginine dipeptide obtained chemically; - heat treatment of the resulting extract.
