A structure (10) of a sun- tracking photovoltaic panel system, comprising a base frame (11), which is coupled to the ground with corresponding supporting means (12), for one or more rows (13, 14) of photovoltaic panels (15, 15a, 16, 16a), each row comprising a series of inclined frames (17, 17a), each of which supports photovoltaic panels (15, 15a) arranged side by side; the base frame (11) in turn comprises longitudinal supporting elements (19, 19a, 20, 20a), which are parallel and extended lengthwise in the direction of extension of the row of panels (13, 14); the inclined frames (17, 17a) are arranged between the longitudinal elements (19, 19a, 20, 20a) so as to oscillate about an axis that is parallel to their main axis, each one of the inclined frames (17, 17a) being coupled rotatably by a first end (21) to a first front longitudinal element (19) and by the second opposite end (22) to a rear lifting support (23), which in turn is fixed, in a lower portion, to a second longitudinal element (20); the inclined frames (17, 17a) are mutually coupled, by way of synchronous rotation means (24). The supporting means (12) for the base frame (11) are constituted by a series of foundation stakes (25, 25a) which are inserted in the ground and to which the longitudinal elements (19, 19a, 20, 20a) are fixed. Each one of the inclined frames (17, 17a) comprises a post (26), to which at least one cross-member (27) is fixed and, at the ends (21, 22), pivoting brackets (28, 29) are fixed, with locking systems with U-bolts. Each one of the lifting supports (23) is constituted by a plate-like element (30) made of contoured metal plate. The system structure (10) comprises channels (31, 32) for lifting from the ground and for protecting the electrical cables for direct current.
