A pharmacological aid for prevention of incipient carious lesion and dentinal hypersensibility is disclosed, wherein said aid is a spray containing a liquid aqueous solution suitable to be sprayed in the patient's mouth. The aqueous solution comprises the following excipients: calendula, fluorides, hydroxylapatatite and thermo-gel agent suitable to transform said aqueous solution in gel, when the aqueous solution comes in contact with the patient's gums at a temperature of about 37 °C.
