A combined power system for street lighting control in a rural settlement comprises a power source, an electric circuit with phase, neutral and lamp wires hanged on power transmission line supports, a magnetic starter, a photorelay, a current relay which coil is connected to one of the phase wires of power line through a current transformer. The lighting power network is connected to the power line through power contacts of the magnetic starter, to which coil circuit circuit-closing contacts of the photorelay and current relay are in series connected. Moreover, the combined electric system comprises an autonomous light and a movement sensor, installed in areas of people concentration on the power transmission line support, the autonomous light is connected to one of the phase wires of power electric circuit through the circuit-closing contact of the movement sensor.
