A method for medicamental correction of oxidative stress in clinically aspirine-resistent patients at unstable angina pectoris without ST segment increasing, that in complex standard therapy (by anticoagulants, antianginal and antisclerotic means) comprises the antithrombocyte therapy (acetylsalicylic acid). The antithrombocyte therapy is prescribed as double one, acetylsalicylic acid and Clopidogrel. To the patients in which destabilization of disease occurs on the background of preliminary intake of acetylsalicylic acid, immediately after hospitalization additionally to double antithrombocyte therapy a metabolic preparation is prescribed having antioxidant characteristics, namely Corvitin®.
