Rainwater run-off using tank in by-pass to normal conduit flow so that when surge occurs water flows from first junction to tank to drain away slowly to second junction in by-pass line
Rainwater flows via inlet conduit 1 to a first junction 2. A by-pass conduit 3 connects first junction 2 to second junction 4. One or more storage tanks 5, 8 provide for surge capacity and allow rainwater to drain off slowly to the second junction 2.
