摘要

The invention refers to aptamers of RNA or DNA with a high affinity to be attached to the proteins E2, E7 and L1 of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), and the use thereof in methodologies designed for detecting the infection by HPV from biological samples, and for diagnosing in situ the low, moderate or high risk of being transformed into cancer associated to this infection. Said aptamers are of high specificity for the proteins E2, E7 and L1, their fluorescent or catalytic mucosa allowing a differential diagnosis to be obtained of the presence of the virus type and the status of the infection so as to treat the patient with the adequate treatment. The fluorescent differential signal may be distinguished by electronic device for obtaining a quick detection.
