The invention relates to software management systems and can be used to create an automated state security management and financial control system.The peculiarity of this method lies in the fact that the automated material resource accounting system is additionally equipped with an automated financial asset accounting and control system, which includes the banknote issue center. Both systems are connected to the center of their harmonization. Another peculiarity is that the outer contour of the automated financial asset control system, based on printing methods and other banknote protection methods, is additionally equipped with an internal loop that is created on the basis of irreproducible marking obtained by electric-discharge and nanotechnological methods.
