PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupational safety and health management system that outputs a risk source evaluation report (chart) by automatically creating risk source evaluation data using the percentage data and the estimation data of an existing, quantized construction work estimation system without requiring labor or costs.;SOLUTION: The occupational safety and health management system edits the risk source evaluation data for output as the risk source evaluation chart by using a percentage master table including standard statistical information consisting of the names of a plurality of construction work activities and standard numerical values per unit amount of each element of construction work, a storage means for storing element-based causes of risks and harms and a risk source evaluation master table that specifies risk information including accident type classifications, a means for inputting information about the construction work to be evaluated, a means for creating, based on the information about the construction work to be evaluated, breakdown data including the elements included in the construction work to be evaluated, and a means for creating risk source evaluation data including risk/harm cause data and accident type classification data based on the breakdown data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
