The present invention relates to a method of preventing aberrations in a laser refractive correction system. The standard laser refractometry system successfully corrects the low order refractive index (myopia, farsightedness and astigmatism) but causes spherical aberration and other higher order aberrations. It results in deterioration of visibility quality. Although the increase in spherical aberration is due to the cornea shape, it is not inherent in the theoretical ablation profile. As a result, the problem is common to all laser systems in principle. The present invention relates to a system method that can be used with any system and ablation profile to obtain a profile correction factor. Corrective factors (which are specific to each system) can be applied to prevent the induction of spherical aberrations and improve the optical and visual quality of patients in accordance with surgery in comparison with surgery performed in the standard system. In addition, a creative method comprises controlled high order aberrations formed using a laser systemIt can be used to improve the production of lenses.
