PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oxidation deteriorating properties, to improve the thermal aging resistance and preservability and to improve further storage handleability in a polyethylenic resin raw material for water crosslinking.;SOLUTION: The polyethylenic resin raw material for water crosslinking is obtained by using 100-50 mass% of a linear low-density polyethylene resin granule satisfying the following properties (a) to (c) and having 0.2-1.5 mm average grain diameter and 0-50 mass% of a granule or a pellet of another polyolefin resin.
