PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an incoming call rate when a radio base station (CS) notifies a communication terminal (PS) of an incoming call by line switching during multi-packet communication using all slots between the radio base station (CS) and the communication terminal (PS).;SOLUTION: In a line switching control method during packet communication for disconnecting slots in use when the radio base station notifies the communication terminal of an incoming call by line switching during multi-packet communication using the entire slots between the radio base station and the communication terminal in a TDMA (time division multiplex access) method, past slot allocation history data are used, the slot having the least possibility that incoming all notification is allocated is left behind, the other slots are disconnected, and the disconnected slots are used for incoming call notification of line switching.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
