PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fire risk evaluation system and method corresponding to the life cycle of architecture.;SOLUTION: In a life cycle risk evaluation model, respective conditions of a building, a room, a space structure, fire preventive measures and environments are set in the condition setting process X. In this evaluation model, sub-models such as (A) a fire scenario evaluation model, (B) a fire risk evaluation model, (C) a fire preventive measure cost evaluation model, (D) a life cycle risk evaluation model are set. This fire risk evaluation system with the sub-models set in such a manner is used to evaluate the relation between the fire risks and the investment costs for fire preventive measures from the aspect of the life cycle of the architecture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
