PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate reading of a text.;SOLUTION: A system supports editing of pronunciation information showing pronunciation of the text and comprises an acquisition section that acquires an object text of generation of pronunciation information, pronunciation information generated based upon surface expression of the object text, and candidates for parts of speech of words and phrases included in the object text, a display control section that displays pronunciation information of a word or phrase including a proper noun as a candidate for a part of speech preferentially to pronunciation information of other words and phrases while making it correspond to the object text, and a correction processing section that corrects the displayed pronunciation information as instructed by a user and records the corrected pronunciation information in a recording device while making it correspond to the object text.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
