PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active photosensor pixel, an active photosensor array, and a photo-sensing method.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides an active photosensor pixel including a two-terminal photosensor transistor and a drive transistor. The two-terminal photosensor transistor includes a first terminal connected to a first node, a second terminal connected to a selection signal line, and a control terminal connected to the first node.
