The mass flow rate sensor in order ratio error bypass of the sensor for all gases, to compensate on the basis of the fact that all bypass errors are function of Reynolds number, uses Reynolds number revision function. The sensor includes the sensor tube and the bypass tube which divide the flow, bypass ratio of the sensor the entire flow which passes by the sensor is equal to the value which is excluded with the flow which passes by only the sensor tube. The heater element heats the high-level part and the downstream part of the sensor tube. In order to generate voltage on the basis of the difference of resistance between the heater element, the circuit is connected to the heater element. Voltage is calibrated on the basis of the known flow of the standard gas. The flow which passes by the sensor can by multiplying multi gas revision functions and Reynolds number revision function in the voltage which is calibrated.
