In order to generate voltage on the basis of the difference of resistance between the heater element, the circuit is connected to the heater element. Voltage is calibrated on the basis of the known flow of the standard gas. The flow which passes by the sensor can by multiplying multi gas revision functions and Reynolds number revision function in the voltage which is calibrated.
