PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian simulation device, traffic simulation device, and a pedestrian simulation method which enables a pedestrian to move around as if he/she were in real world, while reducing computational load.;SOLUTION: The pedestrian simulation device 200 makes anthropomorphic models 60 which simulate pedestrians' movements move on a link connecting between two points. The pedestrian simulation device 200 includes: a model information storing means 36 which stores model information defining a personal space in order to ensure a space between the models 60; a personal space forming means 31 which forms a personal space of an anthropomorphic model based on the model information; an overlapping detecting means 33 which detects overlapping among personal spaces; an avoidance direction determining means 34 which determines a location and avoidance direction of an anthropomorphic model which is apart from the link, if an overlapping of personal spaces is detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
