PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network access control support system capable of generating no unwanted transmission between networks when an access rule is changed.;SOLUTION: When an access rule 3a in a network 10a is changed in the network access control support system according to the present invention, an access control support device 1a belonged to the network 10a transmits the content of the change for the access rule to a counterpart network 10b affected by the impact of the change. An access control support device 1b at the counterpart network 10b receives the content of the change and changes an access rule 3b of itself using the received content.
