PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inserting a ready-made lining tube into an existing tube as a repair object quickly and easily by a simple configuration and a simple process, and a method.;SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a long-sized body 12 inserted into the ready-made lining tube 40 so that the head part is protruded from the end part of the ready-made lining tube 40 and having flexibility; a fluid ejection mechanism for compressing and ejecting a fluid from the protruded part of the long-sized body 12 to the rear in an insertion direction; and a securing part 20 fixed in a predetermined position of the long-sized body 12 and secured along the ready-made lining tube 40 from the inside thereof to secure the long-sized body 12 and the ready-made lining tube 40 with the securing part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
