A route having biological significance is efficiently obtained from a tremendous number of routes by estimating an molecular interaction that closely relates to a disorder. A molecular network analysis support apparatus may obtain the standard molecular notation and the molecule type of the starting node, the standard molecular notation and the molecule type of the ending node (the node at which a biological phenomenon occurs), retrieved routes, and relation strength (S3) of each of the retrieved routes may be obtained for each of (the route IDs of) the retrieved routes as the retrieval result (1110). By calculating the relation strength (S3) with a designated biological phenomenon for each of all the retrieved routes and sorting the result, the sorted result (1800) is obtained and the retrieved routes that closely relate to the designated biological phenomenon may be selected with priority. Thereby, a disorder route that is appropriate from the standpoint of the user may be extracted. Therefore, an increase of the speed of the research for innovative drug development may be realized.
