PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a behavioral synthesis system to determine whether a circuit operates properly when a loop is pipelined in a behavioral synthesis device, and to inform a designer of which part of a behavior description should be corrected when it is determined that the circuit does not operate normally.;SOLUTION: The behavioral synthesis device 1000 generates a data flow graph from the behavior description and creates a hardware circuit configuration by performing behavioral synthesis based on the data flow graph.
