PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for predicting a cross-section after corrosion of a heavy-duty anticorrosive coated steel material, which is based on accurate corrosion prediction in a short time in consideration of a mechanism of corrosion of the heavy-duty anticorrosive coated steel material.;SOLUTION: The method for predicting a cross-section after corrosion of a heavy-duty anticorrosive coated steel material comprises: a first step of performing an accelerated corrosion test using a heavy-duty anticorrosive coated steel material test specimen having an exposed steel material part; a second step of calculating a rate of rust penetration to a heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer, a corrosion rate of the exposed steel material part, a corrosion rate under the heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer, and an acceleration coefficient of the accelerated corrosion test on the basis of the test resu a third step of using the rate of rust penetration to the heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer, the corrosion rates of the exposed steel material part and under the heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer, and the acceleration coefficient, which are obtained in the second step, to obtain a distance of rust penetration under the heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer and amounts of corrosion of the exposed steel material part and under the coating layer which should be predicted, of an elapsed time after; and a fourth step of applying the distance of rust penetration and the amount of corrosion, which are obtained in the third step, to a heavy-duty anticorrosive coated material cross-sectional view as a prediction object to predict a heavy-duty anticorrosive coated steel material cross-section after corrosion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
