PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution technique of an IP multicast broadcasting, for monitoring information of various apparatuses connected to a network on TV without using a monitor terminal such as a PC.;SOLUTION: When a viewing request is received from STB 5 and a viewing request channel is not an information source channel, a GW 1 receives IP multicast broadcasting data corresponding to the viewing request channel from an ER 4, and distributes the data to the STB 5. When the viewing request channel is the information source channel, the GW 1 generates the IP multicast broadcasting data, based on the information received from a prescribed information source 7, and distributes the IP multicast broadcasting data to the STB 5 as the IP multicast broadcasting data corresponding to the viewing request channel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
